The owner is a liar. She steals money out of her own register and blames/fires people on a regualr basis. No one ever just left. She turned over a list of all Dispensaries in Spokane, to the DOR, because she was being threatened with an injunction for back taxes. We had $1500 days, and next day, all gone. She still owes vendors close to $10,000, but went to Hawaii for a week. Her kitchen is disgusting. I've seen her dog in there, while cooking food. No gloves or hairnets. foos is never dated and hardly, if even, medicated. Most times, her 18 yr old daughter baked the food at home. Places like this exist to make personal profit, not help folks. Rhonda Duncan is a two-faced hag, that sold out her own kids half the time.

Thank you for the name sir, of James. We will look in to this, as patients are not supposed to ingest anything before they operate machinery, which is clearly stated on labels and, explained to ALL members, EVERY TIME they choose a Medible.
Also, every patient is different and cannabis has a different effect on EVERYONE. So, if James has a high tolerance, it would of been explained to him, one Medible would probably not suffice. Another thing, Club Compassion has not had ANY medicine on board for $20/ gram in over 6 months. The $20 grams were on board due to incompetent and greedy, since fired, managers.
My advice, come in for yourself and see why folks call us the "wal-Mart" of collectives.

Its funny how myself and my family have went here but never have seen the prices and selections they are talking about. My buddy james went in Club Compassion awhile back and the seen 20bucks a gram plus.so they deceided to get a 5buck cupcake instead. He ate it as soon as he had left the club. Anyways the whole ride to cheney and back to spokane he said he didnt feel a thing from the cupcake. he said a regular cupcake from the store would have been better and not to mention I would rather make it myself

This was the second medical store i visited.Right off the bat i was pretty impressed. They keep their front door locked and greet patients at the door.Tight security. They immediatly made sure i had my medical documents with me, then they brought me into their lobby and told me to have a seat. I filled out a membership app while they verified my informaton with my doctor. Wasn't too bad of a wait. Once I was verified i was brought back into the main office. They had roughly 11 different strains with competative prices. Overall very good selection not to mention a medicated food and candy selection that just blew me away. Healthy and inexpensive clones ta-boot. The staff was patient, professional, and was very helpful with identifying the medicinal qualities and characteristics of their strains for me.

I love this place. Quiet location, excellent service and comparable prices. The meds here are great at times, mediocre at others, but I understand this. Club Compassion seems to fit the dispensary, collective model when it comes to medical marijuana. After working in the business for over 10 years, Cali mostly, and, after visiting most of the Spokane dispensaries, I have to say that CC is doing a great job. I enjoy the security door, cameras and the Marine who works there, guards the place like a watchdog. I, along with others, feel safe.
The prices can top $18, but that shows that they are paying sales tax, and that is important in this business. It protects the patient and the collective. The medibles are strong and delicious and the candy is great for camping and concerts.
I would recommend checking out every place, to see where you fit in, however, CC seems to be the only place looking out for the patient first. tight security, verification process etc.
