HERBAL SOLUTIONS -- 16214 E.Kings Canyon Rd. Centerville, CA. (559)222-1700 Sadly I must give lower marks to a place I used to call my favorite dispensary. I am a former commuting volunteer who started with Herbal Solutions in Fresno awhile ago. I will blog about the full experience elsewhere. Centerville is over 20 miles one way from Fresno and I was making the trip to help. But let's face it, eventually you realize that you can get the same quality bud for similar donations in many closer and I now believe better run collectives (my opinion from my inside vantage point) here in Fresno. Also eventually it dawns on you that perhaps the focus of a non-profit organization ought not be on the money patients donate, but rather the violent nature of some patients. Thus I strongly suggest you save your gas and the wear and tear on your car. Let me also address the fact that parking is awkward and not at all plentiful? Oh and DO NOT pull to far forward into the rocks or you may need a tow to get out..seriously. Also beware the building owner's barking dog if you have to use the rest room facilities, located outside and in the back. His bite and his bark are on a par, so do not get too close to the fence. There is only one restroom. Though there are real plumbing facilities it really is an "outhouse" because you must exit and go through the "rock" parking lot to get to it. I kid you not! If there was something special about the staff or product to truly warrant the treck I might say go on its worth it. But there really is nothing standout about this shop. Furthermore, they no longer stock clones, though they do keep saying they will but when? Who knows? Also, they no longer offer the convenience of taking debit/credit cards. Instead they now direct you to use the ATM at the liquor store across the way. At first this was temporary but this is now permanent and they are not replacing the card service. Security is not great, despite them being operational at the new address for over 3 weeks ( again, look for my blog.) A lot has changed and I am of the mind, its not for the better. This is not at all the Herbal Solutions we once knew. Frankly I am now of the opinion that our donations and our time are better spent elsewhere.
